I used 8 sheets of 18 mil plywood for the transitions over 200 support beams, 3 sheets of 20 mil ply for the deck, 10 1/2 sheets of hardwood 9mil ply. I decided that the 3 foot Mini Ramp plans on DIY Skate were exactly what I needed. I took two 8 quarterpipes and put them together in the other barn. Its a 6ft ramp with a 6 1/2 foot transition with an 8 foot flatbottom. DIY Skate has all kinds of ramp plans from mini ramps to quarter pipes to fun boxes to benches, and even a plan for building your own skateboard deck.
